• TMP-Series là bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ hoặc thiết bị hiển thị quá trình kỹ thuật số với màn hình 7-Segment, 4 chữ số.

• Đầu vào đa năng: Hỗ trợ các đầu vào Thermocouple, PT100, 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC.

• Chế độ điều khiển: ON/OFF, P, PD, PID với khả năng Tự động điều chỉnh (Auto Tuning).

• Ngõ ra: Rơ le, SSR 0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC.

• Giao tiếp: Hỗ trợ giao thức truyền thông RS-485 với Modbus RTU.

• Auto Tuning: Tự động điều chỉnh PID giúp hệ thống hoạt động ổn định.

• Thanh hiển thị: Hiển thị % công suất đầu ra.

• Chức năng kiểm tra Heater Break: Giám sát sự cố của bộ gia nhiệt.

• Có thể lựa chọn chế độ điều khiển gia nhiệt (Heating) và làm mát (Cooling).

Nguyên lý hoạt động:

TMP-Series là bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ và quá trình, hỗ trợ đầu vào đa năng như Thermocouple, PT100, 4-20 mA, và 0-10 VDC. Người dùng có thể lựa chọn các loại Thermocouple như Type K, J, R, T, N, S, PT100 và 0-100 m bằng cách nhấn nút trên bảng điều khiển.

Thiết bị có thể điều khiển cả hệ thống gia nhiệt (Heating), khi giá trị đo nhỏ hơn giá trị cài đặt (Set point), và hệ thống làm mát (Cooling), khi giá trị đo lớn hơn giá trị cài đặt. TMP-Series hỗ trợ các chế độ điều khiển ON/OFF, P, PD, và PID. Người dùng có thể tìm giá trị PID bằng cách nhấn nút để kích hoạt tính năng Auto Tuning, cho phép hệ thống tự động điều chỉnh các thông số PID để đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định.

Ngoài ra, điều khiển ON/OFF có thể thiết lập Hysteresis từ 0-100% để điều chỉnh giá trị ON và OFF.

TMP-Series có thể chọn giữa hai loại ngõ ra: Ngõ ra 1 để điều khiển gia nhiệt (Heating) và Ngõ ra 2 để điều khiển làm mát (Cooling), cùng tham chiếu từ cùng một giá trị cài đặt (Set point). OPERATION
